Mini Rocky
So I've been into lifting for the past few years, just recently more than half this year I started doing it right. I started getting correct nutrition with macros correct, better workout routines. I've been seeing a bit of results that I wanted. I wanted to maybe get that extra edge, and possibly purchase some steroids in the near future. I wanted to get some research of course before I did anything. Safety is a big thing for me. I keep hearing about cycles, and have no clue what this is. Im not just gonna buy something and hope for the best, I want to do some research and get knowledge before I try this. Any tips on where to start gaining knowledge, can you direct me to a place or a certain steroid that I should try.

Google.com bro ! and how old r u? if ur serious about getting into cycle your first cycle should definately be test only!

I just turned 22, been lifting since I was probably late 19. I just switched over to a real gym and seeing okay gains, but I have a competition next year and love to buff up to it. My buddy is the one that actually got the steroid idea popped in my head. I am 5'3 143 lbs about 17% body fat. What is this test? And what is cycle if you dont mind answering some probably obvious questions.

Test=testosterone, do your self favor and google it. Look up some "test cycles" , doseges, side effects, PCT, AI etc. It s not something you should rush in to. Take some time like couple mounths and do some "homework" on roids, believe me.
cycle= pretty much time when you run your steroids

And I think you should loose some BF bro, like get to 13% to have better results.

Well right now im bulking so thats why my BF is high, I got 2 more weeks of bulking till I go on my cut. After my cut I was considering steroids or testosterone.

If you just recently got your nutrition and lifting down right and serious then there's no reason to jump into roids so early. Your only 143 bro. You definitely are no where near a pleatau even only being 5'3". Especially with that bf percentage. Do yourself a favor and Just keep your mind straight and do it right and natural, gain another 20 pounds and drop to about 10% bf over the next year or two, and keep reading and getting your knowledge about this stuff. Then when you are completely sure you are determined and ready and know what you are doing, go for it! But until then learn, eat lift and grow. It can all be done naturally

Well one thing that rlly got me looking into this was calorie consumption. Sadly I gain weight at eating 2000 calories even though I lift 5 times a week, HIIT 3 times a week, a bit of walking the dog everyday, and have an active job. So I heard this actually boost my maintenance up, and I'd rlly love to actually be able to eat.
