Newbie - Oral Turnabol info please

Hello, sorry if this is in the wrong section!

I am after a little advice I have spent all night trying to find answers so I thought ide just post up here

so I have just started taking Turnabol how much mg should I be taking a day this is my first cycle which ill be doing for 5 weeks 40
mg sound about right ?

question 2 : what is the best after cycle supplement to take and how long for?

question 3: should I be taking anything along side the Turnabol ?

and tips or advice welcomed

I don't understand your question at all. Pretty mind boggling, actually. You already started taking turinabol, and you're just now asking about it?

Please clear this up for me as I am in complete awe.

Question 1: 40 mgs/day for a first time is plenty

Question 2: Nolvadex and Clomid for 4 weeks

Question 3: Yes you should be running at least 12 weeks of testosterone injections at 500mgs/week

What are your stats?

Regardless of your stats, you're light years away from doing any type of responsible cycle. Research a LOT more before you begin this "cycle". You'll soon discover how f'd up your question is.

And don't forget to research a solid recovery plan. Yes, you'll need one with Tbols well - regardless of what you've heard.
