Title says it all.

Q1 -
I understand that many people say after a steroid cycle you lose 80% of what you gained. Please tell me the best steroid compound for retaining muscle mass gained on a cycle?

Q2 -
I have a history of losing my temper in major ways and in general been "testy", (not something I'm proud of per se) - will steroids worsen this - I wouldn't want ot lose my temper and do something I'd regret (and tips for keeping the temper down on a cycle) please!!????

Q3 -
Glute exercises (e.g. lunges and squats) after shooting up the butt - in your experience, is this a bad idea??? (serious question)

Q4 -
I have a history of ups and downs (what logical Western doctors like to classify as manic depression). It isn't that bad, very minor stuff and very manageable (more like feeling a bit tired one moment and much more energy he next) - opinions please

Q5 -
Same as above, but also a history of been a bit loopy and paranoid from time to time (again, very minor and manageable - more on the level of "that guys cool but he's a bit strange" kind-of-thing) - will steroid worsen this?

As I said, I'm a newbie with big aspirations. I don't like to thank peple, but I will honestly be gracious if anyone can answer my above questions.

what the dumbass coolhandjames was trying to say is that steroids / hormone changes can cause mood swings especially during pct , its probablly better that you wait on steroids until your medical issues are under control.
 
Losing 80% of your gains is definately bad PCT. With a good post cycle therapy (pct), u should be able to keep probably 75-80% of the gains. Strenth wise anyways, but you might lose half the weight gains because of water weight.

But with all your temper and mood issues I would definately NOT recommend using any type of gear in the near future. If you have mood issues, more than likely you will encounter problems when on the gear, like dadawg said, ur putting hormones in ur body and it can really mess with you pyschologically (however u spell that word), ESPECIALLY coming off a cycle.

oh and me personally, i never have a problem working a muscle i just injected, besides quads sometimes, or shoulders.

any stats??? your age? weight? diet? how long ya been training???? i don't believe in roid rage but i do believe peeps that have a short temper and no control are worse when thier test levels are raised....be careful and reach your full natty potential without gear...imo...
 
I am 34, 225lbs, 6'1". I have gained 10lbs and loosing alot of fat. I am not recording info like some people but I still have alot to learn. Just know that my body has never looked like it does now since ive started this cycle. I have so much too learn but its addicting to start living a different lifestyle and learning about a healthy diet and proper workouts. Im trying to read all the fourms to gain knowledge about every aspect of my particular recipe. God there is soooo much info to take in but im enjoying this sight. Tryin not to post dumn shit on here but be a part of it.
