newbie to board need help with weekly workout routine

here's my workout routine: I been going to the gym for the past 10 months. I am able to see results since i started working out, but was wondering if this was a decent weekly workout, or am i doing it all wrong?I'm not trying to gain incredible body mass, but im just trying to get noticable cuts. My diet is consist, and i consume 190 gms of protein a day. I'm currently 6'3, 190lbs. Not sure about my body fat percentage.

Monday:
Tri's,Chest

Tuesday:
Legs,Abs

Wednesday:
Cardio

Thursday:
Back,Bi's

Friday:
Shoulders

Weekend-off
 
welcome to ology your split seems okay but without knowing exactly what excercises and reps/sets its hard to say
 
I dont ever like legs in the middle of the week, but thats just me. I need my legs for back, and I dont want spasms on bench day, so legs always are on my last day of the week, always.

I'd go with more protein, and more calories.
 
I do them on back day, biceps I actually do seperately now but thats just me, I've tried this that and the other, use what you like.

Biceps for me is very low volume either way.
 
yea they say low volume is the best to go. Thanks for the help guys, i guess i'll just see if im seeing results with the deadlifts on back/bi's days. By the way i just added the deadlifts into my weekly workout about 2 weeks ago, so it's still too early to tell.
