Diet
I've been trying to stay keto but because of my work/lifestyle its hard, so i just stay low carb
anyway these are my targeted macros: 280g protein / 230g fat / 40g carbs....3200Cals
im not always able to exactly hit these targets (again due to work/lifestyle) so i have a couple principles (pretty much minimums)

1. 1g of protein/fat per body weight (So atleast 190g protein/fat per day)
2. NEVER go above 100g of Carbs per day

(update) Currently Carb-Cycling)

*I'll post a sample diet if asked

Other than taurine, what else can I supplement with to avoid/prevent expected cramps with var...dosages would be appreciated

Increase NAC dose to 1200 (1800 with oral). Start aromasin from day one. Add clomid to your pct 75/50/50/50. Look into hCG.

Also, stop using aromasin day before PCT.

typo on the AI (edited), but thanks for the input, i've read 2Serms and HcG is excessive for this type of cycle..even though it's alot of compounds its still pretty basic. i might add(try) HcGenerate instead of HcG

Trinijuice,

I leave the cycle stuff to dex, yet training, diet and supplements I am more familiar.

Are you on keto diet since some time? What I see often, pl go low carbs (leto or palo...no difference anyway) and have great cutting results, yet they down-regulate managing carbs and it will take a long time to up regulate your insulin secretion.

I have great experience with carbs cycle, use 200g after you work out your legs or back and your body doesn't forget to handle carbs.

You don't have to use SERMs and hCG together. hCG is used during the cycle and SERMs for PCT.
hCG will benefit you by keeping your balls functioning on cycle, making your recovery smoother. I wound't do a cycle without hCG.

HCGenerate is garbage. Using SERMs for 4 weeks will not cause any health problems. It's originally made for female cancer patients. They have to use A LOT more than we use, and some of them use it for years. So I wouldn't worry about it.

i've been reading alot of people pushing carb cycling, just might have to give it a try...im definitely thinking of incorporating this into this cycle for optimal gains...

Maybe I used the wrong wording :). Actually I like food timing more then call it carb cycling.

Your body produce around 100g per day carbs from the liver, this is the only nutrient you actually don't need. Protein and fat is essential. Carbs you should take when needed and according to your work out volume and intensity (both different).

I start my day when I wake up with water plus whey, coconut oil, greens and fresh pressed lemon and 30 min later a high fiber, protein and fat meal. Now you program you body for fat burning and I feel pretty much plenty off energy.

Carbs I use after work out during cutting phase when I train back and legs.

When you are 10% or less body fat I would use start using carbs 30 min into your work out and the rest 4 h after your workout.

i've decided to take the carb-cycle approach; these are the macro's I've came up with as a start

No-Carb Days
250g protein / 75g Carbs / 220g Fat

Low-Carb Days
250g protein / 150g Carbs/ 220g Fat

High-Carb Days
250g protein/ 300g Carbs/ 220g Fat
