No food+Steroids?

Yea I know, read the fucking stickies...well I doubt that they will answer my question so i'm not going to waste my time reading pages of information I don't need

What I want to know is any of you have tried this (if not just leave your guess at what you think would happen). Have any of you not eaten any food or very little food for a few days-week then use steroids and start eating lean protein? I doubt any of you have so I just want to know what you guys would think would happen...

Yea its a stupid idea, IK. I got certain goals I want to achieve in a limited amount of time sorry for wasting 15 seconds of your time theres no need to waste anymore by showing off your inner internet warrior and posting a comment saying how stupid it is...

Why would you not eat before going on a steroid cycle? Why don't you just eat lean protein all the time? Does not make sense.

Not much can happen in just 2 weeks, unless you have some kind of fasting " prior to pinning " plan. make your muscles ready to jump on a stellar anabolic diet and throw some gear at it for some kind dramatic transformation.

What would this "goal " be ?

Please share your goal and curiosity in the benefit s of this fast prior to cycling and maybe you can teach me and other s a new trick.

Please include your height, weight, AGE, and bodyfat, years training ( or weeks )..

Generate some discussion/debate and I ll quarantee you I won t allow any flaming.

Be prepared to defend your position as I m one of them who crushes those with instant gratification being the underlying root cause of their ABUSE of aas.

Never had the discipline for a fast but I hear great things about it...maybe someday.

I can imagine a fast followed by refeed + gear and factoring in some muscle memory would make for a great before/after pic!
 
So are you saying just lean protein when you start the cycle no carbs at all? I would say from what i have heard and experienced myself if you stop eating or fast for a extended period of time your body go's into panic mode and actually starts to store fat as a survival strategy. I have dramatically lowered my food intake before a cycle one time for a extended amount of days close to a couple weeks not as a strategy. I noticed mostly once I got on the cycle and started eating again I gained enormous amounts of muscle very quickly and looked like a different guy in a month and a half and I was eating more lean protein.

To answer your question to the best of my ability I would say It will cause your body to store more fat and eat your muscle as fuel.Than when you start the steroids depending on the steroids you take it could cause additional fat to build up from the estrogen and water retention and make you look fatter than before. And that realistically the better idea for optimum fat loss would be to take a multivitamin and get on a good clean contest preparation diet. Do morning cardio on a empty stomach maybe take bcaa's to help preserve muscle but that can hinder fat loss to. But will preserve muscle to a extent. Your post is unique thinking out side the box can be a good thing. It would be better to do high intensity inter volt cardio for like 3 or 4 times a week be careful not to burn all your muscle away though. Im not a cardio expert I would look into cardio plans.

I hit a nausea patch that lasted about 3 weeks during this cycle. Started eating very little (soup in small amounts), most days didn't eat at all as when I did it would come back up, and for some odd reason I was able to hold on to most of my weight. It actually only fluctuated 4 lbs. I'm guessing the 3 weeks really wasn't enough time to send the body into a state where it would start dropping the weight, that and the fact that I decreased my amount of weight training, including cardio, to allow my body time to get over the nausea and not have to deal with added stress of training.

I know this doesn't directly answer your question but meh it's the only time I have to recount.

this is random but what about throwing up after meals .. not alot just a few or late night benges ?

What's your question? Are you asking what causes it or if it's ok or what?

If you are asking what causes it, then that can't be answered as there are way too many possible causes for it. Which is why if it's becoming a huge problem best advice is to go see a doctor and even then they are likely to not know after running some test and will likely have to refer you to a G.I. specialist.
