I'm 25 years old, been weights training for 4 years. But have always been athletic.
This will be my 3rd cycle.
1st Cycle - Test & Dbol
2nd Cycle - Test & Tren
I've never gone above 200mg Test, 400mg Total. Off cycle for around 6 months.
Height - 5'11.5 181cm
Weight - 211lb 96kg
Body fat - around 16%
(Will be more around 195lb and 10% by the time I start)

Weeks 1 - 10
Deca 300mg/Week
Tren E 220mg/Week
Days 1-10
Anadrol 50mg/Day
Days 11-20
Dianabol 25mg/Day
Days 21-30
Anadrol 50mg/Day
Days 31-40
Dianabol 25mg/Day

Diet will be a clean 4000 calories consistently throughout. Training heavy with weights 5 days a week, and cardio 3 days per week. Focusing mostly on deadlift and bench.
Current Bench - 135kg 297lb × 1
Current Deadlift - 217.5kg 479lb × 1
Target Bench - 160kg 352 × 1
Target Deadlift - 250kg 550lb × 1
And I am hoping to gain and keep atleast 15lb lean.
Are my targets possible? And comments to jam in? Hate for no test?
And advice and/or criticism welcome.
