Nolva During Cycle?

I was told to be safe I should take during my cycle of Teste 500mg p/week from week 1

0.25mg arimidex ED
10mg nolva ED

After reading everyone's cycles in this forum and in different forums it seems it's not that common to take Nolva during cycle.

Anyone with some experience able to give me some advice?

No don't use nolva during. Use it for pct for 4 weeks. Use an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) like adex. Adex has a half life of 50hours so its only needed eod

SERMs are NOT used as a preventative measure ("to be on the safe side").

Nolvadex can be used on cycle as a last resort if severe flare up of gyno symptoms occur, estrogen gets sky high and Aromatase inhibitor (AI) is not helping to keep estro levels low.

Again, SERM is last resort, first increase Aromatase inhibitor (AI) dosage as needed to try and take control, before adding any stronger components!

There is no need for using nolva during cycle unless you are not running an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and gyno symptoms appear.
Running arimidex and nolva daily will leave you with basically no estrogen which can inhibit gains
