nolvadex during cycle

Ive started a test e cycle 550 Mgs a week 2 weeks ago. I've been running 20 Mgs of nolva ed to prevent gyno, but I'm reconsidering. I've heard people say you should and shouldn't so I just wanted more advice thanks. My stats are 5' 11 175lbs. Thanks

Might it be a good idea to run a lower dose unless symptoms are present? Or would sticking with the 20 be good? Any advice is appreciated.

20 is fine... I'm not a big fan of nolva being run throughout the cycle, arimidex or aromasin is much more effective as they not only keep gyno at bay, but also are a good way to keep water retention away (nolva can't do that)

nolva during post cycle therapy (pct) combined with clomid is where I think nolva is most effective
