noob/doing it right?

I am 35, 228lbs, 6'0, and have become VERY into losing weight and keeping fit (lost 60lbs in the last year) A friend of mine is a pro boxer and avid steroid user. I told him I'd like to start and about 2 months ago started.

I try to eat right and execise,
diet: mostly grilled chicken, eggs, syntha 6 shakes 3-4 a day, rice, baked potato, gnc protein bars, nuts/cashews, steak once in a while, mostly alot of grilled chicken.

currently using test 250 1ml every 3 days, injecting in my ass. ran out of deca a week ago, was stacking 1ml of it with the test/huge gains but source is out...


I've started cycling once a week (it's nice because my wife and I enjoy it) we do a bike trail that is 22 miles. the other 6 says of the week we walk/jog 3 miles every morning, and I work out for only 20 minutes or so on a home gym (no bench press/one of the cable gyms) 3-5 days a week. I also do 50 sit ups each night.


am I doing enough? eating right? I've taken all of my friends advice who is huge, just would like more opinions. I am seeing a HUGE difference and feel great, sex drive is amazing, starting to get a cut look, it really makes you strive to get in shape, after all its me vs me right?:biggthump

any advice would be appreciated

whats your post cycle therapy (pct) look like? and have you had any side affect while on the test/deca ?
 
I agree. Your workout program is slacking so to speak no matter what your trying to do. What exactly is your goals (just to slim down and reveal some muscle)? Elaborate more on your diet-how much protein, carbs, calories are you consuming each day?
