Noobie Using Clen/Letro Trying to burn Stubborn Fat and Gyno

I am a complete noobie when it come to Clenbuterol and Letro and cycles and stuff like this.

Let me explain who I am and what my goals are.

I am a average guy, NOT training for competitions. My goal is to is to loose this stubborn belly fat and get rid of gyno to feel more confident.

I exercise 6x a week M-F
M/W/F almost 1 hour Weight Lifting/ 30-45 light cardio

T/Th/S an 45 min to hour cardio HITT

Age: 25
Weight 185
Height 5'5
Body Fat 20%
I seen a Nutritionist and got my diet on track (even though I was eating healthy but guessing calories) one cheat day (Sunday)
I lost on my own 100 pounds with diet, hard work and P90X/Insanity.

I plateaued over a year now and I tried everything so was thinking of using Clenbuterol to loose this stubborn layer of fat and Letro for gyno I had since I was 15 years old. . I bought both and I have both.

Please assume that I am a moron (lol):scratchhe AND Please be as clear as possible.

1. How should I go about using it?

2. How is the long term use?

3. Side effects?

4. How long?

5. What is a cycle?

6.Should I combine these with another product?

7. For Gyno I read Nolvadex and Letro will cure both types of gyno whether if it is through lack of puberty or during certain supplemented cycles for bodybuilding competitions.
Is this true?

8. For a guy like me, is this recommended?

And 45min if HIIT cardio is an awful lot, if you're truely doing high intensity.

You are also doing far too much cardio at 20% bf.
6 days a week is too much at this point.

What is your nutritionist recommending?

2230 calories
300 grams of carbs or 15 servings
180 grams of protein
5 servings of fruit
3 non-starchy vegetables

I measure everything with my scale and measuring cups.

Trying to loose a pound a week or more

Also log everything I eat with "Lose it" iphone app.

So I keep count on what my intake is in grams and percentage and calories.
I eat primarily complex carbs (brown rice, sweet potato, whole grain bread, wheat )
Protein (chicken, turkey, salmon, whey mix and protein bars) low in fat no more than 8 to 9 grams of fat.
Also keep my sugar as low as possible.

My training like I said I do P90X and Insanity
I wear a heart rate monitor to keep tabs on whether or not I am working hard enough or not 125-145 to burn fat 141-178 my highest for HITT

I would start with the clenbuterol by itself, clen is very strong but effective. Clen dosages are different for everyone, so you will have to see what works best for you. I like to stay around 100 mcgs per day. You may also want to look into keto and taurine. Check out some of the clen logs for more information.
 
Woow man. Your running high carbs eh.. Look up the keto diet. Drop the carbs down to 50g's a day or maybe less? And whatever carbs you do consume, do so in the morning. I only eat carbs at breakfast. A carb is a form or energy... Fat is stored energy. If you consume a minimal amount of carbs in the morning/day your body will burn them up quick and then start going for the fat for energy, thus burning it off... This is basically what the keto diet is based on I'm pretty sure

If I am Wrong about anything.. Feel free to correct me fellas.

Anywho. This has been working well with me.
 
1. letro will most likely do nothing for your gyno at this point

2. if you truly are eating that little and exercising that much, you should be losing weight fine.
