Noob's first cycle...

First post so il start off by saying hi guys, im Tony from Birmingham UK, im 21 and im about to start my first cycle.

I'm looking to put size on as im not a very big lad.

What would you all recommend?

hi mate i am also from the uk ,first thing i will poit out is the done the right thing comeing here and nit asking your local guy down the gym what to use as they tent to give out very bad advise ,i have been around gyms in the uk and seen what sort advise people give out 95% of it is oure bull shit ,can i get your weight and body fat% also how long you have been working out and post what you ate yestaday please .

im 5ft9 and weigh 12st 10 (but look about 10st)

my body fat is about 16% i think.

yday i had an apple and a protein shake for breakfast
a protein shake
a turkey breast and veg for lunch
pasta and tuna for dinner

and a protein shake about 7pm

as for why do i want to do this --- because i have never been happy with my body and iv been training for a little over a year and still not happy.

your not gaining weight becasue your not eating right mate ,eat big and get big ,but eat clean ,eating often and little with good clean high protein and carb foods will add some nice natural lean mass to you ,good fats are also very important .

TBH i do usualy eat good but yday i was on a real busy day out working away and could not do it but 9 times out of 10 i do eat loads and clean
 
post up what your good diet is please mate ,i know you may think ,i dident come here for diet advise,but if your going to use steroids you need to have the right diet or its a waste of time ,post that diet up fella.

i will post it up when i get back from boxing as im off now. much appreciated for the help matey ;)
 
a normal days food...

Get up at 8am(ish) i have an apple and a protein shake.

Around 12pm i will have a protein shake.

3pm i will have 1 chicken breast with 1 small cup of rice.

6pm i will have a protein shake.

around 7.30pm i will have some turkey mince with veg or with a potato
 
you need more solid food. apple and a protein shake for breakfast? your a guy, eat oats, eggs, english muffin, orange juice etc. add a good big meal after the workout. protein shakes should be secondary. you need more whole meals if you wanna grow, trust me. all the juice in the world wont help if you eat that diet you listed.


what are your stats?(weight, height, bf, training history). 21 is a little young for AAS. AAS can stunt your growth, are you happy with your current height?
