my thought to that post was < start a cycle unprepared.. ( i.e , no Aromatase inhibitor (AI) or pct ) gyno starts your fucked and there may not be any going back .. fuck a dirty whore you get a bad case of the herpes there no going back eitheir .. all in all same type of scenario be prepared!

As always you should go with basics,
Test Enanthate 500 mg / 1 ml each on Monday and Thursday for 14 Weeks long
I remember that you wish to cut in the end, you meant like solidify the gains right ? its also my favorite tactic,
so you can add Oxandrolone in the last weeks
Oxandrolone 60 mg per day weeks 12-16
Like i say you dont need letro ,
in basic cycles like this i always think that Nolva + Proviron will be really enough but
if you wish to go for Aromatase inhibitor (AI) road than small dose Arimidex will be better option than Letro
At Week 17 you can do your PCT , i am a fan of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) i think it should be used.
This is the basic plan , you can do more research but the structure will always be something similar to this (-1 ,+1)

This would be perfect for anyone , except I prefer aromasin 12.5 mg per day as my AI

You cannot use an Oral steroid longer than 8 weeks non stop , thats why you cannot run Oxandrolone along side with Test. You gonna use 5 weeks in the end of cycle.
Dont be greedy its only start.
Second this is a very moderate dosage, normally you cannot have gyno from this, but like i said Nolva + Proviron or Small dose Arimidex or Aromasin is enough protection.
I am old school, i only use Aromatase inhibitor (AI) when its needed for sure but i told you its your decision, read more and decide by yourself.

if i decided not to go an Aromatase inhibitor (AI), would i run the nolva while in cycle or wait up to 1 to 2 weeks after my last test shot??

You will run Nolva along with cycle, but like i say thats totally up to you.
This Nolva is not PCT nolva, this is for not having Estro related problems
If you will manage all good , training , food, sleep ect..
You can have a good 20 lbs, and keep most of it after cycle

Start at 0.25mg EOD, but if you notice this isn't enough bump to 0.5 EOD
