I have been lifting for about 1 year now. Before that, I lifted about 3 straight years . Then I had a motorcycle accident when i was 18 that put me in the hospital for over 7months.
for cardio early morning run 2mi then lift. Evening boxing lessons for hour to two hours

lot of eggs,oat meal, veggies,tuna,chicken, read meat,nuts, baked potato no" butter", shakes,turkey,
