Numbness in hands on cycle?

My hands and arms fall asleep or go numb everytime I sleep while Im lifting.

I think with the bigger muscle and vascularity its a lot easier to pinch a vein and cut off your circulation.

LOL how do you pull that off? Sounds dangerous...

Your hemocrit levels elevate on cycle. Thicker blood is more difficult to circulate. If you don't want to get bloodwork to see where you stand, you can always donate blood to get your hemocrit levels back below 50%.

Sometimes my feet fall asleep when I'm doing cardio, I would stop for about 20 sec and wiggle my toes and feet to get blood flowing in that area and the numbness go away. I learned that whenever your hands and/or arm go numb then just massage it. For your hand I would start with the back of your hand using your fingers then massage from your wrist up spreading on top of your other hands fingers like a rolling massage, start with your fingers and end with your hands if that makes sense lol.

With me mine goes numb around the pinky area of my hand. I use repeatedly open and close my hands to get blood flowing and I massage.

Basically massage the areas that go numb so you can get blood to flow back in that area lol

^^+2 always donated blood after cycle, specially if it was kickstarted with dbol

most likely a pinched nerve in either spine, shoulder or elbow.. my pinky & ring finger along with the left side of my palm in my left hand go numb randomly throughout the day, stays for about half an hour or so then leaves.. go see the doc, they will probs send u to a chiropractor to fix it
