History: Two 12 week cycles of sustanon. Previous Gyno from adolesence and noticed tender nips on both cycles ( which is why im running aromasin)

Wk 1-14 900mg Test E
WK 7-14 70mg Var
Wk 1-16 12.5mg Aromasin
PCT Starting week 16
Clomid 50/50/50/50
Nolva 40/40/20/20

Goal: Prepare for a military prelim similar to that of the US Navy Seals. 2 hell weeks with 3 hours sleep a night MAX

Nutrition question : How many calories should I be taking in if I want to decrease body fat, increase strength , increase endurance, without increasing mass if any at all. (lots of running is hard on the joints so the lighter the better)

Also should I time it so that Im on the gear during my prelim. I need to be able to recover with minimal sleep.

i am assuming your gonna be exercising like crazy since you'll be doing military training while in addition you'll be hitting weights? if that's the case you'll be spending a ton of energy and your TDEE should be around 3100-3300 calories. If you hit these calories you should not gain any weight. However expect your water retention to increase pretty drastically since your on a test e cycle. So don't be alarmed if the numbers on the scale do go up, that is merely temporary. You need at least 200 grams of protein, think protein and healthy fats (satured and monos to a minimum), carbs are necessary but should be scaled back for sake of recomp.

However your number one priority is 1)Calories! 2)Protein! 3)training! they should all be on point for best results.

P.S im glad your asking about nutrition, too many assholes running gear and not knowing how to eat.

Edit: want to know about good macro nutrient sources, just ask!

The only advice I can give is to stay off the Anavar... Especially if your going to run it during your prelim. I like to run semi long distances and I cannot do it while on var or any other orals that cause ridiculous pumps. After 1/2 mile the pumps in the shins become really annoying. After a mile i'm limping along cant even run the pumps are so bad. I really think you would end up hurting your training if you need to run a lot. And if you ran it during your prelim I think the pumps would kill you altogether. You would be stiff as shit the whole time.

Good Point Hardgainer. I certainly dont need added muscle discomfort. It defeats the whole purpose.

Im wondering now, since dehydration is normally a large risk, would the water retention would be a good thing!?

LetterT Thanks for the numbers.. ill stay off the carbs. Ive been really good for limiting carbs for a while now. Ever heard of bulletproof coffee. Its amazing at giving you healthy fats and keeping you sated for a while after consumption.

Bulletproof coffee? that might be what i am looking for my cut next month, in addition clen, Ill take a look thanks.

I'm unsure as to if the test will help with hydration, but i do know creatine has shown to help significantly with hydration through similar mechanisms so my guess would be yes.

You'll be running laps on these guys, wondering what kind of superhuman is amongst them. aha.

Lol. During what free time do you think you're going to be able to inject for "navy seal training"? You doing some National Guard jump school panzy shit?

Yeah the bullet proof coffee is phenom, letterT. Its gotta be unsalted grassfed butter. Like Kerrigold.

lol Not Even close dnab87.

Go in with at least 10lbs of extra body fat, start to train with Tabata and do allot of time under tension, or sand bag work. This is how I prep some of the guys i work with for JTF2 intake testing.

Fucking right Hull Tech. JTF2 is Canada's elite badass doorkickers! Ill keep that in mind for sure. It still means I have to drop 10 pounds though.. lol
