Why is one of my chest bigger then the other I have been working out for 2 years and it is noticable bigger..Is there anything I could do? please help me!!!
check your grip on your bench, and have someone spot you when you are doing flies and such, because if your range of motion on one side is different the muscle will grow differently. and on bench make sure ur hands are evenly spaced from the center of the bar, even half an inch can make a differnce when doin high reps or high weight. ~my 2 cents
