Thanks for the comment. I have been lifting for 5 years off and on. Currently the past 7 months have been to the bone. In 2001 my 145 lb scrwney ass was cleaning 255lb for one rep. Put me at the all state level.
I have a clean diet most of the time. Food is available to me 22 hours of the day. (DOD contractor Middle East) I just try to eat right and i am not in the bulking stage at all. Never really was. Mentally getting huge and then trying to cut will disturb me mentally. So i just try to do it all lean. Adjust my calories every three weeks or so. Working on the abs as of now.
My bench 225lb. 15x
245lb. 8x Love my short arms!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Naturally strong and always have been but for legs i wont ever max out. More pics to show in a bit.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Tons of progress, how much did your weight change from pic one to pic 3? What did you cycle?
 
In picture 1 i was tipping the scales at 158lb. In pic 3 i said 165 but i just weighed myself and i am at 169 so i told you a 4 lbs. difference.
The gear that i chose for my first cycle was Super test 250 and Nandrolone Decanoate. Both were made my Tormell (Mexico) I was shooting 1.1 cc every 5 days for only 8 weeks. Both shots in the same day. I really wish i was on the Mon.- Thur. shot schedule for 12 weeks. But i cant complain for it being my first ever cycle. I am really happy right now with my progress and how things are holding up. Last injection was Dec. 14th and i waited 16 days to hit up the 6oX0 to rebuild my natural Test levels. Currently taking Leukic, Gakic, and NaNoX9 (Muscletech)
I currently dont drink protein but i make damn sure i eat 5 times a day and take my pills.
Any suggestions on what i should do next to bump up the levels to progress more??

look good brother. sounds like you like to PL. If you can post some workouts some of the bro's would probably chime in with some opinions.

Imo, you would look even better if you added 10 lean lbs. of muscle.

About my workouts..........JUly-Dec. 2006 pretty much the basics:

Chest/tri's
back/bi's
legs
shoulders
rest
Then repeat

Now:
Chest/Delts
back/bi's tri's
legs/traps.
rest

Cardio every other day. At least 1 mi. on the treadmill and 20 min. on the eliptical machine. Really starting to try and cut a lil more so show more abs. But i am striving to get food in me at all times so i can try and earn my lean muscle. Abs on the days i dont run.
I always go into the gym prepaired and having my body NOT knowing what it's doing for the work out. They all vary from sets/reps/weight. Just depends on sleep/nutrition/mood.
 
hey i am short also 5'7...i have no clue what i weigh cause my scale broke. my cycle history includes m1t and i have used it on more then one occasion but since it is banned i am restricted to legal supplements...any idea's for a first cycle with slow gains that i may be able to keep.

Thanks Tman, Too be honest i am trying to get to where you are at but that is lightyears away from me. you have much denser packed muscle and have better thickness. I really want to get much bigger but i eat like a horse and i just cant add as much as i want. For now i cant complain because weights are going up little by little. I would love to try one real cycle but i just think ill stunt natural growth if i do.
