I am four weeks into my first cycle and I've experienced this. I originally started with 10mg ED, and noticed a little bit of swelling, nothing major. Last week started 15mg ED, no change, still just a little swollen. Not that visually noticeable in my opinion. I wouldn't say it is uncomfortable.

It depends how long she is on the cycle. If she is on a long cycle the clit wont return back to normal size. also depends on what she is taking. Yes a little clit size does stimulate you more.
