i need your ladies help with training my gf. i know how to try men but women are different. i know what excerises would be good for her but i need help with the splits. like how many days a week she should lift and how many she should do cardio. she is will to train 4-5 days a week, right now all she does is areobics that many times a week

You can train her just like you train yourself. Our bodies have the same muscles. :) The only difference my husband and I have in our training is that I don't do forearms and I go light for traps.

I would suggest at first that she train with weights before doing her cardio stuff. She can continue to do cardio as she likes if she's trying to burn extra cal's and keep her heart in good condition.

I think to start, 3 exercises per body part, 3 sets of 10-12 reps per exercise. Teaching her propper form is the most important at first. Then you have to get her to understand that in order to see results she will have to keep increasing the weight so that those last few reps are difficult to execute.

The worst thing I see in the gym is when women are training with feather weights doing a million reps. This will not build muscle and they will not see results.
 
And you can assure her that she won't get "big" by doing this...it takes many years of heavy training to get big or the use of AAS.
