im 180 about 7 % bf 6 ft. i was wondering if a diet along the lines of this would be ok to put on size and minimal amount of bf to keep things simple. (3 meals where breakfast is clean and each shake in between is clean and 2 meals throught the day can be not so clean). hope that makes sense.

breakfast-

2 eggs with 3/4 cup eggs whites
3/4-1 cup oatmeal after cooked
cup unsweetened applesauce and cinnomon on top of oatmeal

snack-

2 scoops protein shake (135 cal, 26 g protein, 2g sugar per scoop)

lunch-

anything within reason

snack-

2 scoops protein shake (135 cal, 26 g protein, 2g sugar per scoop)

dinner-

anything within reason

snack before bed-

2 scoops protein shake (135 cal, 26 g protein, 2g sugar per scoop)
1 spoonful of natural peanut butter

As long as your metabolism allows it, you should be eating enough calories to support growth - and as long as your hitting your protein requirements and not getting fat youll be good to go. If you notice a little extra fat then eat a little cleaner and maybe cut the carbs after ~6PM. Always eat as much as possible while your bodyfat is in check. Undereating = wasted time in the gym unless your goal was to lose weight.

i meant the oatmeal would be 34-1 cup before cooked..sorry about that. and triple the protein? this right here alone would be approx 300 grams of protein becuase each shake would be 52 grams

The way you have it written it looks like each protein shake has only 26g of protein. Usually when people put nutrition info in parenthesis it is the total amount, not per serving.

ya deffinately up the protien, you can eat as much as you want as long as your work matches what you eat if you work hard you got to eat hard. Don't worry about a little BF thats easy to adjust as you go I'd start out maybe a bit over what you think then cut back as needed but always keep the protien high.

300g protein is a minumum. Think about it thats 1200 calories. And where do you plan on getting the rest required for growth? Fat and carbs?

Up the protein, id triple it at least.

300g protein at your bodyweight is approaching recommended levels for someone on cycle (2g per pound). At 180 you really dont need more than 225 which is 1.25g per pound. 250 at the most. Fill in the rest of your calories with carbs and fat.

each shake would be approx 270 cal, 52 grams protein, 4g sugar. each day depending on what i eat for lunch and dinner..my total cals should be around 3500 or so (considering on average with those two meals would be a total of approx 1800 calories). how does this sound?

revised diet plan:

breakfast-

2 eggs with 3/4 cup eggs whites (230 cals, 30g protein)
3/4-1 cup oatmeal before cooked with cup unsweetened applesauce and cinnomon on top of oatmeal with splenda (275 cals, 15g protein)

snack-

2 scoops protein shake (270 cal, 52 g protein, 4g sugar)

lunch-

anything within reason (anywhere from 800-1000 cals)

snack-

2 scoops protein shake (270 cal, 52 g protein, 4g sugar)

dinner-

anything within reason (anywhere from 800-1000 cals)

snack before bed-

2 scoops protein shake (270 cal, 52 g protein, 4g sugar)
1 spoonful of natural peanut butter (100 cals)

min of 3015 cals, 280g protein

my goal is to put on very little bodyfat if possible. ill include 4 days of cardio for 15-25 min with my workout. supps include glutamine, cla, multi, milk thistle, yohimbine, l-arginine.

i also have creatine ethyl ester and ephedrine pills. id prefer not to use any Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) (although i have in the past) so my hormone levels are normal but id like to hear all your opnions on the diet and any recommendations with these supplements and/or aas.

i thought you wanted to gain weight?
glutamine is usually used when losing weight...and is worthless btw
cla is normally used for losing weight...and is worthless and overpriced
yohimbine is used for losing weight, and works
and clen is used for cutting as well, and fucks up your heart.

i was just listing everything i had right now being that i have been on a pretty strict diet for about 4-5 months..please let me know what you think

i just lift weights and can do cardio..with my body type i tend to get fatter sooner than anything else when taking in too much excess calories.

how does the diet look everyone and wat would you recommend based on the supps i have now

if your active, you need WAY more than 3100 cals. i'd say 4200
you recommended the same number calories for a guy who was 5'2" and a 135 pounds yesterday. Do you even have a clue whats going on or is that just your favorite number?

3100 calories is fine. Eat that for a few weeks, then weigh youself and note the difference. If you havent gained anything, add a few hundred more calories.

you are correct, i have absolutely no clue
well im assuming thats you in your avy, in which case, youre pretty big, pretty lean, and youre doing strongman, so you must be pretty strong, and probably genetically gifted, more so than most. You probably partition most of your calories toward muscle, and not fat. Most people dont have that priviledge.
