ok to put on size this way?

i do think that 3100 cals minmimum will put on size for me espeically with my weight and being that for the past 5 months ive taken in approx no more than 2300 cals per day to maintain my weight at 180.

as for the supplement issue. i have creatine ethyl ester, clen, ephedrine, and the vitamins listed above. id like to put on very little bodyfat is possible and would prefer not to mess with my hormone levels as i have done in the past. could i achieve a good result with these supplements or is the only way to consider a small dosage of sus250 once a week or what?

300g protein at your bodyweight is approaching recommended levels for someone on cycle (2g per pound). At 180 you really dont need more than 225 which is 1.25g per pound. 250 at the most. Fill in the rest of your calories with carbs and fat.

OMG 400g protein thats crazy. Do you know how much 400g is? 0.9 lbs. Thats 0.5% of your bodywight in protein. If you are scared of it you should take up bowling. Read IA's extreme protein sticky.

yes, its a necesity, but you dont just throw endless amounts of protein at your body in hopes of it building muscle. I mean hell, if 400 is good, then why not 900? Why not just get 100% of your calories from it? Carbs and fat just make you fat anyway, who needs those. Shit, why not just get an protein IV...and eat steak and protein shakes while the IV is doing its thing. That would be like 100x more anabolic than test, right?

I was a hardcore advocate for super high protein diets for a while. I ate 60g at every meal, 6-7 meals, which was grossly too much, for a long time. I got really strong, and i got pretty big. Quick. I also got fat (and im an ectomorph). Without any other changes in my diet, i dropped down to 50g protein for 5 meals, and i leaned out significantly while still increasing weight in the gym by the same increments every workout. Thats all the reason i need not to eat 5g protein per pound of bodyweight. But hey, if eating 8 pounds of protein a day works for you, then go nuts, i cant argue with that.

breakfast-

2 eggs with 3/4 cup eggs whites
3/4-1 cup oatmeal after cooked
cup unsweetened applesauce and cinnomon on top of oatmeal

snack-

2 scoops protein shake (135 cal, 26 g protein, 2g sugar per scoop)

lunch-

anything within reason

snack-

2 scoops protein shake (135 cal, 26 g protein, 2g sugar per scoop)

dinner-

anything within reason

snack before bed-

2 scoops protein shake (135 cal, 26 g protein, 2g sugar per scoop)
1 spoonful of natural peanut butter

Im sure i eat more them this before lunch time!! up the protein i take 450g protein/450g carbs/ 100g fat total 4500 cal and im still constantly hungry
