Old abbcess?

Anyone have any old abbesses from injections awhile back? I have a hard lump in my deltoid that I think is from an old sterile abbcess or injection that was too much gear. It doesn't feel like liquid, but it is a hard palpable, moveable mass

Any ideas

Put a needle in it and drain it

I don't think it's liquid anymore though... Last time I pinned was summer of 2010
