Old protein

If it's not clumpy because too much moisture got in, then I'd say it's a go.


But if you get the shits from it, then I was wrong :)

Are you taking a concentrate only mix?

Try some isolate. It'll be easier on your stomach.
 
On 100% Whey is very digestable and it doesn't turn me into a fart machine like some protein mixes.
