Old time bodybuilders,myths and fact

I didn't really diet, I would eat regular meals and fast food once every 2 or 3 days. But I drank like 4 protein shakes a day and ate lots of chicken and tuna. I just trained heavy and slept the best I could. I couldn't believe I grew like I did on deca and at such a low dose. In eating like that I didn't really gain too much fat, I didn't do cardio but my musculature was about the same only I was bigger. BF didn't change that much.
