Ha ha...no I'm not fooled at all, did chest yesterday....totally sore today :) Just gotta get blood work done and make sure hormones are doing well. Being old kinda sucks

its about the quality not quantity of time you put into the gym... the reverse pyramid setup is a perfect example of that
