On for 5 years without proper PCT … need advice…. TRT?

Hey Guys,

I was wondering if you could lend me some advice.

I have been off for 3 months from a very very long cycle. I ran 3 months of PCT including HCG/Clomid/Nolvadex/Aromasin.

I have been feeling very tired and no motivation for the gym or sex and it's really starting to affect me.

I went and gave blood today to find out the results of this but I was curious how long the process takes to get a script because I am sick of feeling like this (been 3 months) and I was thinking of doing my own testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) through my source.

I am only 28 years old and started doing cycles in my early 20's without the proper guidance.

I know I have really caused some damage and it makes me feel really dumb to even be posting on here but at this point I am trying to figure out if I should just do small cycles here and there and cruise at 200mg a week when off. Other people have suggested to run 200mg/week and 3.33ius/day.

I have been feeling very unhappy, lost all my gains, no sex drive which the gf is being good about but I'm sure it is really affecting her. I don't know what to do and was wondering if anyone could lend me advice.

IF my test results are normal I will still be doing cycles just properly and if they aren't normal then I will be doing TRT… whether prescribed or not.

If they aren't normal I was wondering if I did a cycle now and then went off for 6-8 weeks with PCT if I could go back for my second lab run with an endo to test the results and get a scipt then… I just need to get back to my old self one way or another.

Please help guys, and thank you in advance for taking the time read this.

I'd at least wait for the test results before you make any decisions. If I'm reading this correctly and you were indeed on for 5 years straight, you may have a tough road ahead of you. Cashout has a pretty aggressive PCT on here somewhere (I believe he called it testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) Exit strategy) that some have had success with. Remember, testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) is for life; you don't want to take that decision lightly.

My .02c :)

Thank you for your advice.

I am so sick of feeling how I feel which is making it hard to wait another 1-2 months to get results and then be directed to an endo and then wait the same through there and then finally be able to get fixed. (if my test is low and I need a script)

I was thinking if my results come back normal then I could cycle properly so I was wondering if there is any harm in going on cycle now and if my results come back normal then I just do things properly, short cycles longer post cycle therapy (pct), bloodwork.

If the results come back in a few weeks and I need to get another test because of low testosterone then I will finish my cycle and when I come off after 6-8 weeks go back in get that bloodwork done.

Thoughts?

I just feel so shitty and it's really affecting me life... I am hoping to do a small cycle now and then get my results back and it be normal... worst case it isn't and I can just do testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) regardless at a later date...

Thoughts about that?

Sorry just the way I feel sucks and it has been over 3 months like this... lost 15lbs and joints hurt more now than before... haven't been working out or having a sex drive and just have no motivation and slacking at work and life... just feel down and want to see if there is a way to go about this that can help me faster.

Thank you very much

You need to look at heavy doses of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) for 3-6 months. and maybe peps to go with it.

You need to run labs. Go to Private MD - Buy Lab Tests Online and get the Hormone Panel for Females (it is for men too). Cost about $50 with 15% coupon code and you get results in 24-48 hours.

You may want to add in a full thyroid panel too.

I just came back from bloodwork this morning that was covering a bunch of things some I can't even remember:
CBC, Test, free test, DHEA, PSA, TSH, FSH I think thats it... should take about a 7-14 days to receive results apparently but when I asked the woman taking my blood she said 48 hours lol so my Dr. Is a lazy shit

Forgot to mention I am in Canada so I can't use that site anyways.

Hope you feel better bro. I'm 40, have done the odd cycle here and there and I'm trying to go down the road of trt. It's a long road brother and here in Canada the hoops are everywhere. I have had three blood tests, a bone scan, and I'm due for an MRI December 3rd. It takes forever, but if you listen to halfwit and other testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) guys....it's so worth it. In just biding my time....

How heavy of a dose are we talking about and what other peps would I need?

I am all ears :)

Thank you

They use 1500 i.u. 2 times a week...every 3rd day cause Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) is "biphasic"
The body can only utilize so much Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) at a time. 500 i.u. should be plenty(E3D)....and it keeps from over aromatizing excess E2 in the testes.
You need an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on hand too...

If you're in BC, you can use MyeHealth which is where doctors access your results. Not sure if it's available in other provinces though. I access my labs as soon as they post, before my doc has even looked at them. Results have always posted the same or next day.

You have to notify the lab that you want access through it. You can view all of your previous lab work there too.

Damn already did the blood work so I doubt I will have a chance to get them since they go to the doctor.

I almost wanted to call and ask them if it would be possible to get my results as well as the doctor but i doubt they would allow that.

Thanks for info

Don't start the cycle. You need to wait for results as many things are affected by running exogenous hormones. Good doctors will not only know you've been cycling due to these hormone markers (as they have a baseline right now), but they may be upset with you as that can effect how they attack your treatment. It's not always as simple as being handed a script for testosterone just because you came back with low T.

There may be many, many more tests including an MRI. Be patient, your gear will be there when you get your results and know how to proceed. ;)

You don't even have blood work to know what your baseline T levels are.
I've done about 8 blood labs on hormones when I came off 2.5 yrs TRT....
No change in that 16 month period. When Endo got them in his hand he had all the info to go about how to treat this...
so he never asked for more blood work to be done.
He only offered clomid for 3 months and then off it. This is what they will use on you too more than likely my friend.
No endo will throw Test scripts at you of the bat. Any you are 28 you say?
Just to let you know....you may be in for a tough road ahead....
An endo will want to give you labs, wait 3-4 months do it again.
They are not in a rush, but you will be suffering.
I've been through all of this and Endo's are def. not the way to go.

Wow that is highly disappointing to hear LoL…. I have already done Clomid for 3 months including Novadex, Aromasin and HCG……

A buddy of mine who knows a few things told me that if I plan on staying in Canada and have easy access to the stuff to just dose myself at 200-250mg/week for life to keep levels normal.

He said there is a lot more harm in having low test which can cause cancer, and many other issues. He said it's safer to have normal levels and he said to just do TRT on my own if I feel this bad…..

by the sounds of it, it could be years before they give me a solution to my problem and if that is the case I will take it into my own hands I supposed.

Any other comments on that post?

Thanks, don't think I can mentally take feeling this way for that long… not a life I want to live, even though I know I put myself here from lack of knowledge :(

Thanks everyone please keep comments and advice coming.

Low Test is directly correlated with Metabolic Syndrome, Diabetes, Stroke, Bone fractures, heart disease...list goes on and on.
Not to mention it helps you build and maintain lean mass while keeping Fat levels low as well as libido e.t.c.

Well that is some scary shit… I took some test today and I am going to do my own trt with blood work every 3-4 months on my own.

I don't mind doing this the rest of my life it is better than having to wait forever through a doctor and then maybe not even getting anything to help me.

I get good deals from a trust person so I think I will just go ahead and take care of it myself.

This way I can feel better again, keep some lean muscle and avoid all those risks.

Thanks everyone for the help and advice.

Much appreciated.

I understand you. Problem is you are 28 and I don't know what your plans are for having a family in the future.
I was at 9 Nmol/L which is 259 ng/dl of T.T. with ADEX E3D while clean for 16 months off TRT....
When I discontinued the ADEX I felt like utter crap after about 10 days.
It is very frustrating when a G.P. or Endo tell you that your level is still "normal"...
"Normal" is 8.4 Nmol/L and above  so go figure.
My G.P. went as far to say that Testosterone has no role in energy production.
Your best bet is to find a young doctor or someone who is progressive in their practice.
Most these middle aged docs now a days won't touch T replacement there is too much stigma.
Medicine is changing all the time with new findings...
30 years ago sleep apnea was never talked about....but today it is a major health problem that has been undiagnosed for a long time.
They will put you on Wellbutrin and send you on your way. It's easier for them and less hassle to monitor you.

I was told by my "Dr" lol my friend to take 250iu a week for life of HCG which I am going to do. He said that way it will give me a chance to have kids later on life if possible.

Does that make sense?

Thanks for your help.
:wallbash: lol
