hi guys.
I bought a electronic food scale to keep an eye on my macros.
for 5 years now I am using ON 100% gold standard whey and casein.
I decided to weigh the scoop.
Casein - scoop full of casein weighs 32 gms. the label claims one scoop/one serving to be 32 gms. obviously I thought that the protein weight is 32 gms. but surprisingly its the protein+ weight of scoop (11gm) combined.
whey - label claims 29.4 gm protein per serving. the scoop + whey weighs 30 gms. 30-11 = 19gm. with 19gm of powder weight how can they claim their one serving of whey to have 24gm protein.
I have tried every possible permutation and combination to prove myself wrong.
My scale is pretty accurate.
Am I missing something here ??
