6:30 coffee toast of bread with 18 cereals makes at the house. and 200 low-fat cheese gr.

10:00 a fruit, 20 grm of amino-acids tri and di peptides.

12:00 two breast of chicken, or 350 of red tuna. red potatos or pastes. fruit, 20 grm of amino-acids.

02:00 pm: low-fat cheese 200gr, 1 fruit.

04:00 pm: 200gr of paste amino-acids.

06:00 pm: training

~08h00 pm: 200 gr. of viand thin, 200 grm of bread to the cereals (house)

10:00 pm: a ball of ice my wyfe makes with the protein powders (not left the children reach that!!)

i don't mind how mush kcal it could be.

i just try to maintain the % of hydrate and carb stabe almost 50/50.

i drink 2 liter water/day.

I never break my rythm. never.
But all my family is behind me you know what i mean.

i don't drink, don't smoke, never on drugs.
i sleep well, i try to never be to nervous.

i guess these last words are the key of wellbeing.

Yes, this a model, like the title said " a day of kane" the menu vary days to day.

only the % carb-prot with low fat, very low fa,t is important to me;

for example at 12h00 I'll eat, a turnip soup, cabbages, carrots, chick-pea, lens. this, my wife cooks it to me… I am not a good cook

and right now i'm eating a corn salad.
