One full year of progress!

Edit: removed pics due to a comment I received.

The pics were hard to post in the sense that I uploaded one from my largest ever not pregnant (180lbs). The other pics were taken last night. I am still not brave enough to post full rear shots as that area needs the most work...lol!

Everything accomplished was through diet and training. I did use an OTC "fat burner" more as a caffine supplement for when I quit coffee and sodas altogether. I had no illusions that the "fat burner" would do anything to actually burn fat.

I also tried clen for 5 days and hated it. Never dosed up or anything. Too many negative sides for me.

Here's weight and measurements March 14, 2011 to March 14, 2012:

March 14, 2011 Weight: 164lbs
Calf- 15
Thigh-26 (mid thigh right at a freckle I have)
Hip- 43 1/2
Belly button- 35
Chest- 35
Bicep- 12

March 14th, 2012 Weight: 143.4
Calf-14
Thigh- 19 3/4
Hip-34 1/2
Belly button- 26 1/2
Chest -33 1/2
Bicep- 12

Although my bicep measurement stayed the same, it actually reduced during the year of fat loss and I've put on muscle since.

The weight loss isn't as stellar as the change in body

Nice work ;) - hows the legs?

Stil need the most work. Very strong, but big. Carry my fat on my butt and back of my thighs. I'll see if I can summon enough courage to post a front leg shot :)

Thank you all for your kind words!

Sorry if the pics are huge. Had to upload from my phone to photobucket, then paste the image code.

I bet you look fine! My butt and thighs carry a lot - I told you about my African genes!! And I never look as bad to other people as I do to myself. I'll be uploading some pics after the weekend, I guess my only saving grace is having a baby 6.5 months ago ;o)

You know, when I looked at your pics this morning, I didn't want to eat breakfast lol
that is how good you look ;)
