still fat but down 5lbs. And I know there is still a lot of muscle under there. Doing 45 min cardio at least 5 days week. training 4 daysweek,hard,clean diet, and waiting on some clen > hopefully this week. Taking oxyelite or something (fat burner) .

Keep that diet clean and that cardio up and you will get their. Keep the updates coming always good to see a transformation.
