One week left of cut before summer mass blast phase - pics

I have one more week of my cut before my 6 month bulk begins. Will be on vacation for 8 days then back to normal structure. Probably won't update this as much as my log on **** so if you are there PM me here for my log if you don't know my user name already.

6'1", 200lbs, any guesses on bodyfat %???

Right now at 1800 cals, 200 P, ~60-70 F, ~50 C, cardio going to 20min HIIT 5x this last week. Super flat and cold in my pics but they are to show leanness so w/e

Yes, I know I need mass. I just wanted to spend a couple months getting as low bf as possible so I won't have to worry about as much fat gain, estro sides and the compounds will work better.

No, I haven't trained my legs in like 2 years, but they used to be pretty big from high school football and are my genetic best bodypart. I'm about to start again though they grow extremely fast with direct stimulus (rip pants -> rage -> stop hitting legs). Dead max was 415 and squat 350 but don't care about pushing strength super far so haven't done either in forever. I am still not going to do squats, I feel high rep, constant tension leg press is far superior with less injury risk. Deads though I am gonna go at in the 3-5 rep range. Would like to pull 500+ within the next few months.

Diet will be in my next post. Training I'll post up at some point soon. For now here is my stack:

240mg test (315mg on 5/19)
400mg deca (760mg on 5/19)
525 tren ace
525 mast prop
pinned EOD

90mg ralox ED
aromasin as needed

Gonna order some caber ASAP cause literally today I got some discolored tiny bit of liquid come out of my nip. Gyno isn't sore at all, and estro is low, so it must be the tren + deca. Never had this issue on 500mg tren e + 500mg deca, hm.

Fighting gyno as you can see, so test is kept 300 or under. 250-300mg keeps my gyno active but I am now running ralox and mast and have more asin so I am less worried. Just hoping for some reversal but a year later it may be too late.

2 tbsp beef liver powder
12oz low sodium V8 juice
8 oz egg whites
1 homemade low fat blueberry oatmeal muffin

Meal 2 - Lunch
8 oz ground chicken breast
1 cup spinach/kale
1.5 tbsp coconut oil
0.5 cup jasmine rice
0.5 tsp natural sea salt

WORKOUT

Meal 3 - Intra-workout
50g dextrose
0.5 tsp natural sea salt

Meal 4 - Post-workout
1 cup greek yogurt
1 cup pineapple
8 oz eggwhites

Meal 5 - Dinner
8 oz 93% ground beef or lean steak
4 medium white potatoes
1 tbsp coconut oil
0.5 tsp natural sea salt

Meal 6 - Pre-bed
1.5 cup low fat ice cream

Totals
3,170 cals, 230 P, 400 C, 70 F, 5.5g sodium, 6.8g potassium

In a very similar situation to me right now! was meant to start transitioning to a lean bulk this week (2nd week into cycle) after my 10 week cut but i keep wanting to push for more leanness, currently same as your current photos...

hoping another week will do it then I'm going to reverse diet!
