I am really curious as to the experience level here regarding supplements and ph's as compared to other forums.

nothing compared to aas, but i have used ONE. i didnt see much, but that was without the 4ad (estrogen and water ret). i probably would have gained more using the plus version but with what i had i wasn't impressed. no sides for me, libido didn't suffer (this shouldnt be a problem with plus, but many report having libido problems with ONE).
