I have finished two cutting cycles. I was a fat 40yr old male that looked like a pro football player at 365lbs. Bodyfat was high and I felt like shit even though I worked out freehand.
I decided to shed the fat and preserve my mass at the same time. I have lost 110lbs since Jan05. I am at 255lbs 6ft tall. 18 inch biceps, 48 inch chest, 18 inch neck, 38 waist, 17 inch calves, 28 inch thighs. I did lose some mass as to be expected.
My vascularity in my arms and shoulders is starting to come out. I want to shed some more bodyfat but keep my mass as high as possible. I then want to bulk without the juice.
My trainer feels she can help with this as she did help me cut to where I am now. She wants to see how far I can push my mass without the hormone assistance. Then hit another cycle if need be. We are using a periodization method of training. I love it, it works great for me and she knows her shit. She is also my workout partner and a great friend.
A cutting phase, a mass phase, and then a imbalance correction phase. We are coming out of the cut phase when I get where I want bodyfat wise. Im about 15lbs off from that right now and its hard as hell to shed the last few pounds. (I'll take any input on this too)
My question is, what is a good estrogen suppressor that I can take and any natural test boosters. I ask this here because women usually want to suppress estrogen and up test levels to build mass. I figured you ladies may know better than some fuzzy butted guy. Goes don't know crap about estrogen. If they did they would understand women better and not be so critical and be such pigs from time to time.
I live with my trainer so its easy for us to tweak workouts and diet. Any suggestions on the suppressors and test boosters? If I posted this in the wrong area I apologize in advance but the other areas dont seem as serious as what you ladies thread about. Thanks in advance. Im so frustrated
