Opinion on blood work after 5 months TRT

250mg Test E every 14 days. Nothing else.
After 5 months TRT my blood work came in with elevated prolactin and low estradiol. Testosteron is somewhat normal. Blood test taken on day 13 (day before shot).

FSH: <0,1 IU/L
LH: <0,1 IU/L
Prolaktin: 582 (x10-3 IU/L)
Testosteron: 18 nmol/L (519 ng/dl)
Østrodiol: 0,07 nmol/L
SHBG: 20 nmol/L

Muscle mass and strength coming on steady each month since beginning TRT. Sexdrive was through the roof the first 6-8 weeks. Then it subsided. Sometimes good between day 3-8 after shot.
Often tired and hot flashes. Other than that, i'm good.

I want to hear you take on it before my doc consultation. Thanks

14 days is too long, your testosterone is probably high 3 days in and by day 13 it's down to "somewhat normal"

See if you can split your dose up to at least weekly and your next blood test will be a much better reflection of what's going on.

Yea keep asking questions, I have told you a bunch of times. Every 14 days is the worst way you can do TRT. You have to change that or nothing else matters.

What is the lab range on the prolactin? I wouldn't worry over a single result that's a bit out of range.

Estradiol has a short half life, I don't think you can really draw any conclusions until you adopt a protocol that gives you more stable serum levels.

I have mentioned it in other posts, yes, but not as a public question. I have now split up my dose to 125mg every week.
