Opinions, first proper cycle

Hi guys

My stats 23 5'11 180 lbs 11% bf been lifting 4 years and do a lot of cycling and running

purpose
to gain lean muscle while dropping body fat to 8%
gain endurance and strengh when cycling for an even on last day of cycle

diet
Generaly low-ish carbs never rele over 100g a day, porridge, lentils. 200g protein, tuna,chicken, steak
medium fat, peanut butter, pea buts, almonds, pitachios, cottage cheese etc
Protein phd phrama whey

Training
Charles poliquin German volume training

Cycle
10weeks
test C 250, 500mg per week and eq 200, 400mg per week
both pinned on monday and thursday

opinions on this cycle?
anyone any tips on cycling and running with this cycle
or on diet with these compouds as a ''lean mass'' stack goin for physique model look
german volume training or any other ideas?

Thanks man i herd that aswell but im not looking to put on monster size as with cycling i dont wana go past 190 lbs as even that is pretty heavy, and i might extend the cycle another 2-4 weeks when i get to week 9 it will what my progress is like by then
 
at your height, 190 is not that heavy. I'm 5'8", 239 @10% and I'm not huge lol. If you don't want to gain more than 10 lbs why bother with aas? Creatine and upping your cals will get that job done. So then ditch the eq, save your money it won't have any effect at that dose. Test alone would be good for 10 lbs in 12 weeks.
 
Thwe eq is for the cycling and running endurance and to help with the recovery time between races and long training rides, there is a lot of people i would train with and race aginst using the same substances but at half the dose i am using!!!, i know 190 isnt very big but when cycle a 80 mile race the differnce in carrying 10 extra lbs to 20 extra lbs is huge!!
 
I have run the same cycle with good results...I will say that I gained about 12-15 lbs the first cycle I did with that combo. EQ makes me hungry as a mofo. Do you have anti E... Nolvadex or Arimadex? Have it on hand just in case before you start. Good luck.
 
thanks for the replys, guys, body fat is dropping, inurance is coming along, but im on a stupid keto diet and stupid workout cos im on a trial to get a job ina gym! cant wait to gt back to my gvt and proper diet
i dont have an anti e atm, but ive only done 2.5 weeks, will have one on week 5

next question i wana add more size on the last 5 weeks
what would you guys reccomend adding to the last 5weeks masteron or deca?
