Below diet is to achieve bulk cycle

Wakeup:

1st meal 4 whole scrambled eggs. 250cals 24 protein

2nd meal 200g Chicken, boiled potato, carrots, peas, brockerlie. 800cals, 40 protein ( 1hr before workout )

pre workout shake (20mins before)
30g whey, 40g maltodextrin, 20g Dextrose, 3g taurine, 3g creatine ethyle ester, 5g glutamine. 240Cals, 23g protein

Workout 1hr

post workout shake 30g whey, 40g maltodextrin, 20g Dextrose. 240cals, 23g Protein

3rd meal 100g oats,30g whey. 520 cals 33g protein ( 30mins after workout )

4th meal 50g oats, 30g whey. 320Cals, 27g Protein (1hr 30 after workout )

5th meal 50g oats, 30g whey. 320Cals, 27g Protein (2hr 30 after workout )

6th meal 50g oats, 30g whey. 320Cals, 27g Protein (4hr after workout )

7th meal 400g steak, 2 whole eggs. 520cals, 50g Protein

Pre sleep shake. 120 cals, 20g Protein

3650 Cals
294 Protein

Notes: I enjoy a good nosh and shake before workout as this gives me plenty of strength, I use this diet 3 days a week when I train, on other days I remove meals 4 and 6 giving

in meal no 4 , 5 , 6 and 7 u r lacking with calories ,so u should increase ur cabs in these meals and u r have not any efa in ur diet. ur protien intake is gud but u r lacking in carbs and some gud fats.
 
dude...youre not supposed to give stats, list your meals, workout times, and describe your goals. Youre just supposed to make some vague reference to protein, and wanting to lose a bunch of fat and gain a bunch muscle. I mean seriously, pay attention to what everyone is doing.

eat some carbs with breakfast, and simplify the meals pwo. Theres no point in eating 30 mins pwo and then every hour after that...it wont hurt, but why go through the hassle. You could get it down to 5-6 meals easy. Id also replace at least the last two shakes with some food.
