Opinions on my 5/3/1 for bodybuilding? (on cycle)

Leg Press
Leg Curl

5/3/1 Bench
Dips
Incline DB Bench
Flys
2 Tricep accessory

5/3/1 OHP
Seated DB Press
Front Laterals
Face Pulls
2 bicep accessory

5/3/1 Deadlift
Kroc Row
Chest Supported Row
Pullups or Pulldowns
1 Accessory lat
 
continous max outs can stress the cns system. i like 4-6 rep sets done heavy myself , especially on compound excercises.

I generally do compounds like the shoulder press, incline press etc around 6 rep 4 sets and the more iso work between 8-12, usually 8. Or do you mean the 5/3/1 template?
 
imo concentrate on the 5/3/1/ on the main lifts,like bench,squat,deadlift....then do your regular workouts after you do the main lifts for more growth
 
Where did you find this 5-3-1 variation? It's a little peculiar. 5-3-1 is a great program, but I seem to think you would greatly overachieve your programmed maxes on cycle. There is definitely a way around this I'm sure, but I would be more apt to use 5-3-1 off cycle as a means of maintaining strength. On cycle I am more of a fan of the West Side methods.
