Opinions on which days to do what.....

Okay, just curious to what all of you think or how you do it.....

Currently, my routine is like this:

Monday
Shoulders

Tuesday
Legs

Wednesday
Chest & Tri's

Friday
Back & Bi's


Would most of you say this is a good schedule or should something be changed up? Seems the days where doing chest&Tri's and Back&Bi's are where some say it should be chest&Bi's instead....

Opinions or your routine?

** Was watching Dorian Yates "Blood and Guts" and I see he does chest & Bi's the same day.

I like to give back its own day its a large muscle group and can get pounded especially if its only hit once a week,, I do shoulders on Monday, chest and bis on Tuesday, back on Wednesday, Tris on thusday, legs on friday, mainly all compound excises, you can substitute a different muscle to go with chest day I prefer to use the muscle I feel needs the least work, and that's my bis, ,it has been a great routine for me!!! And im in and out in 45 minutes most of the time,,except legs because I hit them hard and also hit calves like. A separate muscle on leg day
 
Ive always worked 1 muscle group per day,my body seems to do better that way

Monday-Chest-Rotator cuff excercices
Tuesday-Back
Wednesday-Legs
Thursday-Shoulders & Traps-Rotator cuffs
Friday-Biceps and Triceps
Saturday and Sunday-Rest
