Optimal splits.....

Give examples of what you think are optimal splits
keep it simple... I usually have a hard time placing shoulders and traps.

Not mine but this format...

M CHEST & BIS
T BACK & TRIS
W OFF
TH LEGS
FRI CHEST(SPEED) & SHOULDERS
SAT OFF
SUN OFF
 
i think the optimal BB'ing split would be DC's or a similar 3 day split
dont undertand why most people are so reluctant to put Chest/Delts/Tris into 1 workout

At your weight, the banana split comes to mind. :laugh3:
 
I Know I probably should. I usually hit chest and bi's on Mondays I guess I could sneak military press in after chest...then maybe hit side laterals...
