I was drowsy because I couldn't sleep very well when I first started them, but that was nothing compared to the dry joints and tendon problems they cause. man, unless you are close to pre contest, stay away from them. I ended up pulling muscles under my arms from back training, due to the extra strength they gave me, and your joints will dry out in the shoulders and knees, etc..if you can change compounds, do it. I just went through that a short time ago. sure I had striations, but I could barely train and lived on anti inflammatories.just my 2cnts. I gave the rest to a guy I don't like much...lol
