update:
AWESOME to hold mass. I have been cutting and did drop cals lower than normal, but the var seemed to keep me nice and full and limit muscle loss and aided in fatloss IMO.
the pumps were a bit much at times, but its a nice feeling : )
for 100mg ed i did think i would "pop" a bit more, but than again my cals got pretty low at some points.. nothing bad to say about these people. very kind and seem to have great quality!
