OTC Blood pressure meds

On cycle, my BP is sky high sometimes. It's not uncommon to consistently get back 140+/70 when I get tested at my companies medical center, and 170+/70 on the machines. When I start with any orals, or cialis is when I start getting nose bleeds. I was just wondering what are some options I can try before I bite the bullet and see a doctor. My job is very "sensitive" and the last thing I need is a blood test to confirm steroid usage. BTW, if you guys are wondering if I take Aromatase inhibitor (AI), I always use aromasin or low dose letro at 0.25mg/day.

first what kind of steroids are you on?

doesn't matter, happens with all of them. orals like dbol or anadrol make it spike super high, but injectables like test, deca, tren all give the same increase

I've experienced it when I was young and stupid, only taking oral steroids. I was up to 40mg dbol a day, that kept my bp in stage one hypertension for a few days, so I lowered the dose to 20mg and my blood pressure was fine. (By the way, a lot of peoples blood pressure spikes when they go to the dr so that explains that). have you tried downing the dose? or a not so hardcore cycle. I recommend lowering the dosages, or they will just stay high. your only natural alternative is to try buying Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) at a pharmacy but doubt it will not be able to drop it that much.

Good advice. I take all of those. I would also like to add Magnesium, potassium, and Fish oil.

the bottom number is the one you need to worry about. 70 is pretty good. Any NO2 product will help a lot. I was 170/100 at one point and didn't even know it I was off cycle and didn't even think to worry about it.

This is something you should be asking a doctor. Just keep in mind that blood pressure meds can have a lot of sides.
