I have been using NO Explode for about 1 month or so, that's the only preworkout supplement I tired but ive been reading that is not that good for you because all of the extra ingredients they put on it. Some people even say you might as well take 200mg of caffeine and some Arginine to get a boost when hitting the gym (I like AAKG instead of regular Arginine)
