Here it is. I have a 1/2" diff from my right to left bi. My ringht is 18" and the left is 17.5" but with more peak. i have tried to work the left a little more but I still have the problem. Any advice.
i lift heavy to help build bulk.

Bro, I am pretty sure just about everyone on this forum will tell you they have the same problem as you. IMO no one is completely symmetrical. I see this in the gym all the time where guys will use heavier weights on one arm because it's lagging behind the other. I laugh, because it's in our genetics and it's just the way our body is. I don't think you will ever get the same shape with both arms. I would really like to see what others have to say regarding this issue, because I really don't think it's something that's totally correctable.

I agree with live2train. Some things can be corrected, some cant. The only thing I can think of that you could try is to skip your right until they are the same size and do con curls with the right to improve the peak. I cant say that it will get you completely even but it should help (in theory anyway). I think the best thing to do though is to just accept the way your body is. Most likely you are the only one that notices it anyway. I have the same thing but it doesnt bother me, its just the way it is. If it did bother me, thats what i would try.

Do you do deadlifts with the same under/over left/right or right left grip?

I have this problem, it's from all the heavy deads I've done- only I'm right handed, yet my left bicep is bigger and my right lat is bigger than my left (my left tricep is smaller incidentaly!)

I used to lift left hand under/ right hand over all the time. Now I switch it around and do some sumos too.
My advice- switch your grip around for at least half of your lifts.

try start jerking off with the other hand see how that works :)

i do switch this up. i've started pullin with the left around 8 times a week and the right is getting upset. but i'm now within an 1/8 of an inch.:bigok:

it was also the dead lifts and hand position. i switched theat also.
