Hey guys, Ive been reading other posts and can you let me know if you think im over training? great focus and strict form

monday back/bis/abs 4 sets of 8-10, abs 200 situps
tues chest/tri " "
wed shoulders/traps/abs same as above
thur legs " "
fri forearms/abs same as above
sat off
sun back/bi/abs

Your not overtraining but your routine seems less than optimal imo. you have shoulders and chest/tris on back to back days. then your doing back/bi's on back to back days?

NO offense but this split looks pretty bad imo

Back and biceps two days in a row? Shoulders right after chest? A day for forearms?

Start with a cookie cutter split routine and adapt from there.

Alright my friend I will help ya.

Monday - chest
Tuesday -back
Wednesday - legs
Thursday - arms
Friday - shoulders

Lift heavy 4 exercises per body part sometimes 5. Do 4-5 sets per exercise a d I usually never go over 8 reps. Most of my last sets I get for 4-6 reps.

Gotta lift heavy and hard. Tons of intensity.

Pretty good split, but do not know about doing 16 total sets for shoulders and biceps each. Isn't that too much? I know if I did 16 sets for shoulders, my rotators would be shot before long. If I did 16 sets for biceps, they may not be recovered by the time I do back. Thoughts?

So why not offer a split that works instead of just telling him his split is wrong?
