Latley I've had symptoms of overtraining, insomnia, lack of energy, slight dehydration. But i don't think im overtraining. It'll all started after i decided to really bulk and just took cardio out of the routine, the next week i thought i was gettin sick cause i just felt sluggish in the weight room. That was about 2 weeks ago and now i cant sleep at night when I'm tired and I stay up all night till I just about pass out at 8am then i only sleep for 5-6 hours if I can. I'm on about week six of a 5x5 routine and have seen some good gains in size and strength, and Ive gained about 15lbs, but since the insomnia started i just cant a good lift in.
Heres my routine
Mon. Chest- bench 5x5 incline db bench 2x8-10 db flys 2x8-10, dips 2x8-10
Tues. Back and Shoulders- Shoulder press 5x5, bb rows 5x5, standing bb rows 2x8-10, sitting cable rows 2x8-10, pull downs 2x8-10, lat raises supersetted with "bat wing things( i dont know what there called, but its kinda like your flapping your wings)
Wed. Power CLeans 5x5 then some core work back curls and abs
Thurs Arms- standing bb curls 5x5, cg bench 5x5, skull crushers 2x8-10, cable curls 2x8-10, tricep pull downs 2x8-10, weighted dips 2x8-10
Fri. Legs- Squats 5x5, leg extensions 2-8x10, leg curls 2-8x10s, calves

It just feels like im about to get sick but its been like 2.5 weeks and I havent gotten sick

Maybe try dropping some exercises and grouping everything into 3-4 days instead of 5. It looks like your hitting your shoulders and tri's 3x a week, back 2-3x a week, etc... Your body is probably starting to get worn down.

Drop some exercises and try and consolidate body parts, such as Back and Bi's on one day instead of hitting Bi's 2x a week. Chest and Tri's on 1 day instead of hitting the Tri's 3x a week.

I'm just gonna take it real easy next week and try to get to sleeping better and see if that helps cause i dont want to switch up a routine that has gotten me some really good gains.
