Oh and I would set a goal.
If you want to bulk then bulk dont try to get to single digit BF while bulking. You will end up spinning your wheels.
Eat, train, eat.
Eat clean if you want to keep fat at bay. Good idea to eat clean anyway. Junk food is...well...junk.
But have a burger now and then when bulking. It keeps you sane.
Look into 20 rep squats to kick your ass and size gains. They are sick, but work like nothing else.
I would cut all cardio out for now if I were you.
