ox for 2 wks

I am going to florida in two weeks!

I was going to do the south beach diet....j/k

Anyway, I need some help getting ripped up with out losing mass.
I am thinking just Oxanadrol and supplements (creatine, glutamine, and ephedra) with a restricted carb diet and clean eating, but what about tossing in some clen?

So 2 weeks to go do I use Ox with clen and a clean diet or just diet hard and do cardio?

In my honest opinion, 2 weeks of anything is not going to do very much for you. If you are not on anything now, I would tell you that doing ox for 2 weeks is going to really do nothing for you other then shut you down a little. Clen for 2 weeks will also not do very much. I usually dont start seeing good Clen results until about the second "on" phase during the 2 week on, 2 week off cycle. I would say just clean up your diet right away and start hitting the cardio. Go about 5 sessions a week of 30-40 minutes. Low-meduim intensity, like a fast walk on the treadmill for example. Maybe throw in an ECA stack but thats about it. I know you dont want to hear it but you honestly left it a little to "last minute" and trying to run a quick cycle for 2 weeks is really not going to benefit you at all.

Again, thats just my opinion.

I agree wholeheartedly w/ Biggie on this. Two weeks of ox will get you nothing to speak of.
Diet and cardio with the time-table you are specifying.
 
I agree on the ox. I think it is worthwhile to run clen for the 2 weeks. The results won't be staggering, but there is no real downside like there is with ox.
