Just a few quick questions about this...I understand you are supposed to take two caps two hours prior to tanning, however have heard conflicting info about other things. Is it true that you should NOT wear sunscreen/lotion either indoors and outdoors to maximize exposure? And on a side note has anyone heard of Trisoralen? (Team Life carries this in solution form) Thanks for any relevant information...

it makes ur eyes very sensetive to light bro so be carefull , wear sun glasses ,

Trisoralen was first to come out and was much stronger. It was taken off the market and replaced by Oxsoralen which is weaker and at least 50 times more expensive.
